Hot Tea Toddy

1 1/2 oz gold rum
1 cuphot tea
1 pinch cinnamon
1 piece ginger
1 slice lemon
1/2 tsp honey

Heat everything in a saucepan until it is steaming (do not boil). Pour into a pre-warmed mug. Use a large piece of candied ginger for garnish.
